Loykor (“weâ€, “usâ€) provides property marketplace, DHA-related service workflows, tenancy tools, and related digital services. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

- Account data — name/username, email, phone number, and authentication credentials.
- Profile & property data — listings, visit requests, applications, documents you upload, and messages you send through the platform.
- Payment evidence — bank transfer receipts and related payment references you submit (we do not store full card numbers through this app).
- Device & usage data — app/browser type, approximate diagnostics, and push-notification tokens (Firebase Cloud Messaging) so we can deliver alerts.
- Support messages — information you send via Contact Us or in-app support.

- Operate listings, visits, tenancy, and DHA service workflows

We keep account and transaction-related records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet legal requirements, and maintain security. You may request account deletion by contacting us.

We use industry-standard safeguards appropriate to our services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a strong unique password and keep your device protected.

Loykor is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. International processing
Your information may be processed on servers outside your country (including cloud providers used to host Loykor). By using the service, you understand this transfer may occur as part of normal operation.

We may update this policy. The “Effective date†above will change when we do. Continued use of Loykor after an update means you accept the revised policy.
